This machine separates flour particles attached to the bran thanks to the friction generated by rotor blades. Both are supported by adjustable ball bearings mounted on external supports to the machine.

Equipped with a door, inspection and maintenance are easy to do while the two separated products will be unloaded through two different dump exit.

The grain brush is used in the cereal cleaning process, removing small foreign bodies.

To facilitate detachment, the rotor is equipped with blades with spiral edges suitable for rubbing mounted on the rotating rotor.

Product will rub between the fixed and mobile blades and the internal surface of the sieve to remove the impurities which will then be discharged through the holes in the sieve.

By entering the rotor at high speed, all foreign bodies on the beans will be eliminated, even small ones.

The recycling Tarara is an innovative aspirator that separates light impurities from cereals. The ideal is to connect it to the vibroseparator or the grain brush, thanks to the two separate inputs it has.

The sucked air is recycled, reducing external exhaust and the overall consumption of the system.

This model includes the integration of a fan and a storage chamber and requires minimal maintenance.
